There are a few reasons you could not be receiving your code:
- You're on the login screen, in which case you just need to enter your passcode instead of any other codes
- If you've recently updated your phone number you'll need to get in touch with us so we can change it on our end
- You may have no signal/be in a low signal area. If this is the case we recommend waiting half an hour and trying again
